The Josh Bersin Institute, HR 2030, And The Global HR Excellence Certification.

This week we welcome 450 senior HR leaders to our fifth annual Irresistible Conference at the beautiful USC campus in Los Angeles. I want to highlight the big announcements we’re making.

First, the launch of The Josh Bersin Institute and the Global HR Excellence Certification Program.

During the 12 week, 50 hour program you meet a peer group and get a chance to apply what you’ve learned in a real-world company. So you will walk away ready to deal with complex problems. The Josh Bersin Institute takes our 30+ years of research, advisory, and technology work and and gives you the knowledge, breadth, and confidence to operate as a senior HR consultant, advisor, or operational leader. Second Announcement: The HR 2030 Program and HR 2030 Blueprint

The second announcement this week is the formal launch of HR 2030, our global initiative to build a reference architecture, research, case studies, and vision for Agentic HR. This initiative gives you the blueprint to plan your Agentic HR roadmap.

As AI sweeps across the market, the HR 2030 program gives you the vision, architecture, details, and vendor analysis to plan your future. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to rethink what HR does, how it works, and how you operate as a global HR function. Third, New Capabilities of Galileo

The third big announcement is demos of some significant new enhancements to Galileo, our Superagent for HR. Galileo is now in use by more than 1,200 companies and we add new research, benchmarks, and capabilities every week.

• Galileo Enterprise for Microsoft Copilot. You can now get Galileo for your enterprise in the Microsoft Copilot. There are three options: Galileo embedded through Frontier Fine Tuning, Galileo connected through the Microsoft Graph Connector, or Galileo Enterprise integrated with Gloat. We are delivering these solutions today so contact us if you’re a Microsoft shop.
• Galileo Enterprise for SAP SuccessFactors. Through our strategic partnership with Gloat, we demonstrated three HR 2030 scenarios using Galileo directly connected to SuccessFactors, enabling any SAP customer to get a complete HR 2030 Agentic HR solution today. Call us for more info.
• Galileo for Workday. We are finalizing implementation plans on Galileo integrated into Workday (through Sana Core and Sana Enterprise), so if you’re a Workday customer call us and we’ll show you the roadmap.
• Galileo for Airlines and Galileo Subagents. We demonstrated many customer innovations, including an autonomous job description agent, our new business simulation, and others. We also launched Galileo for the airline industry, trained on IATA’s airline skills model.
