HR Intelligence Goes Enterprise: The Galileo Jupiter Release
Today we introduce the Jupiter release of Galileo®, the world’s AI intelligence for HR. For the firsts time companies can embed Galileo’s massive intelligence into any AI agent, unleashing its insights, data, and problem solving to every employee in your company.
This release represents two years of engineering, so I’ll walk through the new architecture, data, intelligence, and platforms.
Galileo Now Runs on Microsoft Copilot, Workday, ServiceNow, HiBob, Gloat, as well as Claude, Gemini, Glean and more.
First, and most significantly, Galileo now runs “everywhere.” You can inject our HR, leadership, context, and benchmarking into any employee AI system, including the Microsoft Copilot and others above. (MCP enabled.)
This means your employee agent becomes the world’s smartest HR, management, and organizational consultant. Any question an employee or manager may ask about their pay, skills, goals, or other managerial topic is now answered with the grounding of 25+ years of research, 1700+ industry examples, and global trusted data on job skills, leadership behaviors, salaries, regulatory practices, and all our maturity models and best practices.
You may ask a simple question like “how do I get promoted” and Galileo will identify your job title from your AI agent and start a conversation about your skills, pay, leadership behaviors, and even the benchmark pay for your role. If you want development it will coach you from its skills library and give you specific examples from our 1700+ case studies. And since Galileo’s intelligence is integrated into your agent, it learns your company’s policies and procedures and just makes all your interactions better.
Galileo Jupiter is now trained to understand organization and employee data from Workday, SAP, Oracle, and HiBob so managers can ask Galileo about their team, review performance plans, or just give coaching on hiring, organization design, and management tips. HR analysts can rely on Galileo to advise and benchmark on hiring, recruiting, restructuring, M&A, and any other transformational program.

What we did for Jupiter is “chunk up” all our millions of words of research, models, graphics, and images to build what we call our Agent Ready Corpus (ARC). We went through eight levels of meta tagging (topic, industry, audience, authoritative position, and more) so that agents see Galileo in a perfectly organized, quickly consumable form.
