Our New Partnership With Workday

This week at Workday Rising we introduce our new partnership with Workday around HR 2030. Together we will be launching a series of whitepapers, tools, education programs, and advisory services to help companies of all sizes move to the new, growth-oriented agentic model of HR 2030. This work will help Workday customers and others plan, implement, and optimize their HR tools and operations in the new HR 2030 “system of agents.”

You can read more about our partnership in my blog on Workday.com here and download our first guidebook developed with Workday, “HR 2030: A Playbook for Agentic HR.”

Our history with Workday brought us to this point. Workday, founded in 2005, pioneered the market for enterprise HR solutions on the cloud. Since then the company has helped more than 11,500 companies build and automate their HR practices around the world and remains the recognized leader in many areas of enterprise systems.

We started our work as analysts and consultants around 2001, and since then have helped millions of HR professionals understand trends, technologies, and best-practices in all areas of management in HR. In 2022 we started our partnership with Sana Labs, resulting in the launch of Galileo®, the world’s only AI agent and intelligence platform dedicated to HR and management.

Today more than 2,000 organizations and 50,000 HR professionals use Galileo and Galileo Learn for a wide variety of their HR and management needs.

Workday acquired Sana in 2025, we immediately saw the potential for this relationship, so it’s natural that we bring our own in-depth knowledge of Sana into a deeper relationship with Workday. Other announcements will be coming, including the embedding of Galileo into the Workday platform.

This in no way changes our position as an independent analyst, advisor, and consultant in all areas of HR and management. We plan to leverage our Workday partnership to deliver authoritative insights, proven tools, and AI solutions for all corporate and vendor clients around the world.
