What Is HR Doing To Respond? Take The COVID-19 Pulse of HR Now.

The #1 question on everyone’s mind is “what’s happening now?” Today we are launching an important initiative with MIT and Sloan Management Review to give you real-time updates on “what companies are doing” to respond to COVID-19.

This fast, open-ended survey will let you desribe “what’s going on now” in your company, HR department, and team and we will analyze the results to produce a weekly global pulse of “What HR is Doing” to respond to the COVID-19 crisis.

The analysis will be done by Don Sull and Charlie Sull, founders of CultureX. Don and Charlie are two of the world’s leading AI and natural language processing experts, responsible for the Glassdoor CultureX project.

Every week, starting next Tuesday, we will show you what companies are seeing, doing, and learning about the global pandemic. These results will be published in Sloan Management Review and distributed to all participants.

Our goal is to learn, share, and give you global perspectives on this fast-changing topic.
