The Big Reset Research
In March 2020, we quickly realized that the pandemic was impacting business, and in particular HR, in unprecedented ways. The following month, we launched four working groups, comprised of approximately 150 senior HR and talent leaders, to share their experiences and learn from what others were doing.
We have continued to host these working groups, which meet in five-week sprints, as leaders continue to grapple with post-pandemic business challenges and take advantage of new opportunities. Topics for discussion have encompassed culture and wellbeing, workforce transformation, recruiting and retention, leadership and learning, diversity and inclusion, and safe workplaces.
This agile, collaborative approach has proven to be highly successful. Participants come away with new ideas and perspectives; we get in-depth insights into the real-world situations HR executives now have to cope with.
At the end of each five-week sprint, we produce a report summarizing the information collected and distilling what we learned into actionable recommendations. We’re happy to share these with you.
